Senior Consultant, Data Analyst
Combining nonprofit leadership experience with lead roles as a technology solutions engineer, her focus is on internal assessments, system selections and implementations, and data-driven culture.
Jerusha joined the tech world as an arts and cultural sector specialist at Blackbaud. At Blackbaud, Jerusha partnered across sales and product teams to provide strategic solutions to arts and culture customers. Previously, she held leadership positions at FOOD Share of Ventura County, and Tucson Symphony Orchestra. Most recently at Airtable, as a lead solutions engineer, she played a pivotal role in driving success through the development of low-/no-code software solutions for some of the company’s largest clients, including Apple, Amazon, and CiscoI.
Jerusha’s expertise in the technical space will be an extraordinary asset to Benefactor Group’s clients ready to modernize their nonprofit technology in an ever-evolving digital age.
Jerusha has served on advisory boards and steering committees for organizations like the Museum of Contemporary Art Tucson and the Ventura County Nonprofit Leadership Council. She is a frequent speaker, sharing insights on technology, AI, and fundraising strategies at conferences and workshops across the country. Jerusha’s commitment to finding solutions and supporting organizations who make the world a better place aligns perfectly with Benefactor Group’s mission to serve those who serve the common good.

I am fortunate to have spent the last nine years working in the tech industry honing my technical skills and becoming a passionate advocate for technical adoption and advancement. I knew I wanted to find a way to use my experience in the tech space to help nonprofits create meaningful digital transformation at their organizations. During my time at Blackbaud, I sat across the table from many consultants and their clients, but I always admired the acute care and skill that Benefactor Group demonstrated during our evaluations.
