The Ohio Arts Council is a state agency dedicated to funding and supporting quality arts experiences across Ohio. Since its inception in 1989, the Council’s International Program has played a vital role in fostering cultural dialogue among academic and cultural arts institutions and artists worldwide.

For four years, Benefactor Group collaborated with an Ohio consulting team to support three national arts organizations in Chile. This partnership aimed to enhance the skills and capacities of these organizations in critical areas such as nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and governance. Through tailored workshops, training sessions, and strategic guidance, Benefactor Group and its partners provided valuable insights and practical tools that enabled these Chilean organizations to strengthen their fundraising efforts and build sustainable operational practices.

Benefactor Group’s involvement not only contributed to the development of these organizations but also enriched the council’s mission of promoting cultural exchange and artistic collaboration.
