Since 1998, Healing Art Missions has been dedicated to collaborating with rural communities in Haiti to connect them to essential services such as healthcare, education, employment, and clean drinking water. With a vision that every Haitian has access to these fundamental human rights, the organization began planning for growth in 2021, including the introduction of its first paid Executive Director position.

To support this transition, Benefactor Group facilitated board development initiatives, enhancing Healing Art Missions’ governance processes and assisting the board in clarifying the organization’s mission. Upon completing this work, the founder and medical director entrusted Benefactor Group with the search for a new leader who would guide the organization into its next phase.

Additionally, Benefactor Group prepared Healing Art Missions for more intensive fundraising efforts by crafting its first-ever case for support, equipping the organization with the necessary tools to effectively communicate its mission and engage potential donors in its important work.
