Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass

The Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass engaged Benefactor Group to create a new five-year strategic plan aimed at aligning the museum’s goals with industry best practices. Our team conducted comprehensive discovery sessions with five distinct constituency groups, facilitated a multi-day strategic planning retreat, and developed a strategic framework. We also assisted the museum in implementing a data-driven plan to enhance its operations and outreach. As part of this project, we crafted renewed mission and vision statements that reflect the museum’s aspirations. The finalized strategic plan was submitted as part of the museum’s American Alliance of Museums (AAM) reaccreditation application in the summer of 2022, ensuring its continued commitment to excellence and relevance in the community.
