Tara brings more than two decades of management experience across diverse healthcare environments, where she supported performance, operations, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has been known for her collaborative approach, steady leadership, and commitment to empowering others. Her passion for providing support, coaching colleagues, and leading with compassion makes her a valued partner to the Benefactor Group team.
She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University. Tara values working as part of diverse teams and finds fulfillment in helping others reach their goals and do their best work.
