Robin Balfanz, MSW

Robin Balfanz is a Nonprofit Technology Consultant at Benefactor Group.  She leverages her background in service delivery with technical strategy to assist nonprofit clients in better understanding their data to make high-impact, data-driven decisions.  

Robin offers over 20 years of nonprofit expertise, across a variety of sectors including medical, child welfare, workforce development, and education/service learning. Prior to joining Benefactor Group, she served as the Manager of Impact and Evaluation at YWCA USA and as a Social Work Case Manager at Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast.   Her multifaceted background enables her to deliver tech solutions that are both deeply practical and strategically sound.  

Robin holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in Comprehensive English Literature and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. She is also a proud AmeriCorps VISTA alumnus.
