Robin has a diverse background across multiple nonprofit sectors, including medical, child welfare, workforce development, and education/service learning. She leverages her extensive service delivery experience, coupled with her passion for technology and data, to develop and implement impactful change and process management policies. Her work consistently leads to streamlined operations, enhanced data collection, improved organizational effectiveness, and informed resourcing decisions. 

Prior to joining Benefactor Group, she served as the Manager of Impact and Evaluation at YWCA USA. She holds a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. In her free time, Robin enjoys quality time with her family and giving back to the community by serving as a Social Work Case Manager at a community hospital.
