Kaylen Niese

Kaylen (she/her) joined Benefactor Group as an intern in 2026, eager to learn more about the nonprofit sector and apply her skills in research and professional writing in a new environment. She supports a variety of projects across the organization and enjoys working with a team dedicated to helping nonprofits achieve their goals and advance their mission.

Kaylen is currently pursuing a degree in English with a Writing, Rhetoric, and Literacy Concentration and minors in Social Justice Advocacy & Public Policy and Professional Writing at The Ohio State University. She looks forward to starting a J.D. program in the fall, specializing in Business Law and Compliance, to serve as future legal counsel for young entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations.
