Katie is a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM)® and leads Benefactor Group’s project management practices to ensure that every client project is executed efficiently, with clear expectations and alignment on deliverables. She approaches her role as guiding projects with structure, steady communication, and shared accountability, helping teams stay on track toward a defined end goal. When projects take unexpected turns, as they often do, Katie brings a calm, adaptive approach that keeps work moving forward while remaining responsive to client needs. 

With a background in professional writing, coaching, and human resources, Katie bridges communication, strategy, and execution. She coordinates clients and internal teams with a focus on clarity and accountability, ensuring projects progress smoothly while adapting to evolving needs. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English with specializations in Professional Writing and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
