Deja Reid (she/her), a member of the talent practice, has supported over four dozen mission-driven organizations through leadership transitions. With a keen passion for search committee support and intentional candidate engagement, Deja helps clients and executive leaders navigate the complexities of executive search while ensuring alignment between process, culture, and mission.
Deja is a graduate of The Ohio State University, holding a BS in Agriculture, with a focus on community leadership. Her work prior to Benefactor Group centered around youth education programming and community empowerment.
