Emma’s background in nonprofit development has given her a well-rounded perspective on the importance of strategic coordination and community engagement. Prior to joining Benefactor Group, she worked at Franklinton Farms and Reading Partners South Carolina, where she wore many hats—from coordinating successful fundraising events to writing grant applications and cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and community stakeholders.
Her diverse experience in development has deepened her appreciation for how well-managed projects and strong partnerships create lasting value for organizations working for the common good. Emma’s dedication to clear communication, organization, and relationship-building aligns seamlessly with Benefactor Group’s mission to support and uplift mission-driven organizations.
Emma holds bachelor’s degrees in Public Management, Leadership, & Policy, as well as Latin American Literature & Culture from The Ohio State University. Her academic background provides her with unique insights into leadership, culture, and policy—all vital elements that inform her approach to managing complex projects with care and precision.
Since joining Benefactor Group, Emma has already begun contributing her skills and passion to help clients navigate challenges, coordinate initiatives, and deliver measurable impact. Her joyful and collaborative approach makes her a valued partner in every engagement.
