The Ohio Future Farmers of America Foundation retained Benefactor Group to assess its fundraising potential and develop a fundraising plan. Benefactor Group’s assessment included a review of the foundation’s fundraising strategies and infrastructure and an analysis of its funding. The project also included a benchmarking evaluation that compared the foundation’s results to those of related organizations across the country. Based on the assessment, Benefactor Group developed a three-year comprehensive fundraising plan with recommendations for ways to strengthen board governance, expand and enhance fundraising tactics, and increase funding revenue.
