To meet growing workforce needs in the region, Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) engaged Benefactor Group to assess support for creating additional facilities in an adjacent county through a capital campaign. As the primary regional resource for individuals seeking career advancement through two-year educational curricula, COTC recognized the need for a campus that would better serve communities in the region.
Benefactor Group conducted a feasibility study, including 35 confidential interviews with key stakeholders. The findings provided recommendations that would guide COTC through strategic prospect cultivation and detailed preliminary campaign planning. This initiative is poised to enhance educational access and align more closely with local employer requirements, positioning COTC as a vital resource for workforce development in Central Ohio.
