To meet growing workforce needs in the region, Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) engaged Benefactor Group to assess support for additional educational facilities in an adjacent county. As the primary regional resource for people seeking career advancement through two-year educational curricula, COTC maintained a direct linkage between its programs and employer requirements and discerned the need for a campus that would serve other communities in the region. Through a feasibility study, Counsel conducted 35 confidential interviews and provided recommendations that would guide the college through strategic prospect cultivation and detailed preliminary campaign planning.
