In 2019, the Balboa Park Conservancy engaged Benefactor Group to conduct a campaign feasibility study aimed at assessing the viability of a $10 million capital campaign. This study sought input from the greater San Diego community regarding potential campaign goals focused on restoring and enhancing this iconic regional landmark, transforming the grounds and visitor experience, and building an endowment to support educational programs. Following the presentation of our findings and recommendations, the Conservancy’s board voted to continue our partnership by providing campaign counsel to both staff and conservancy leaders as they moved forward with their initiatives.
