Founded in 1976 by a group of visionary women, the Columbus Metropolitan Club (CMC) has long served as a hub for connecting people and ideas through meaningful community conversations. Through its weekly town hall-style forums, CMC convenes Central Ohio’s most influential leaders to engage in non-partisan, civil discourse on newsworthy and relevant topics. This tradition of dialogue and connection has earned CMC exceptional visibility and esteem in the region.

Following the announcement of longtime President and CEO Jane Scott’s retirement, the CMC Board of Directors engaged Benefactor Group to conduct an executive search for the organization’s next leader. We were honored to support the search committee in identifying a candidate who brings deep nonprofit and community-relations experience, along with an unwavering commitment to fostering civil conversation.
