In 2014, Bowling Green State University (BGSU) engaged Benefactor Group to conduct a search for a newly created position within its foundation: Assistant Vice President for Alumni Relations and Annual Giving. This successful search culminated in the placement of a highly qualified executive with significant experience in higher education advancement.

Following this achievement, BGSU sought Benefactor Group’s expertise again to conduct a search for another newly created role: Vice President of Major Gifts. The selected candidate for this position is a BGSU alumna with a proven track record of success in managing high-profile major gifts portfolios at a major university. Through these strategic placements, BGSU has strengthened its advancement team to enhance alumni engagement and major gift fundraising efforts.
