In 2022, the Upper Arlington Community Foundation was at a pivotal crossroads, navigating a major fundraising campaign and collaborating with community stakeholders on a capital project. In response, they engaged Benefactor Group to assist with the search for their next executive director. Benefactor Group worked closely with the search committee to define the role, create a position profile, and develop a slate of candidates. The foundation ultimately offered the executive director position to a highly qualified and successful fundraiser from the community who had also served in an interim capacity.
