Kids Come First is a coalition of three early learning and education agencies in Central Ohio working together to improve vital facilities and expand capacity for the education and care of young children. In 2007, Benefactor Group conducted a feasibility study and recommended that the coalition pursue a $15 million capital campaign.

IMPACT Community Action is a nonprofit problem-solving agency dedicated to helping families transition from poverty and crisis to stability and self-sufficiency. In 2012, the organization engaged Benefactor Group to evaluate its human resources functions and provide recommendations for enhancing talent management, workforce alignment, and overall human resource management.

When a local group of passionate advocates planned to build a camp modeled after Paul Newman’s “Hole in the Wall” camp for seriously ill children, Benefactor Group was retained to support them.
