Partners Achieving Community Transformation (PACT) is a collaborative initiative between the City of Columbus, The Ohio State University, the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), and Near East Side stakeholders. PACT engaged Benefactor Group to facilitate the search for a new Executive Director.

The Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) is a national leader dedicated to providing affordable housing, addressing one of society’s most pressing issues. As the organization faced the critical task of replacing a long-term executive, Benefactor Group was honored to partner with OCCH in identifying and placing a respected leader to guide the organization through

North Coast Community Homes (NCCH) is dedicated to developing and maintaining safe, high-quality homes in Northeast Ohio for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other disabilities. To enhance its development efforts, NCCH engaged Benefactor Group to assist in the search for a Chief Development Officer who could reinvigorate its development office and programs.

In late 2010, the League of Women Voters of Ohio (LWVO) partnered with Benefactor Group to identify and place an interim Executive Director. Benefactor Group collaborated with the board to define key functions of the role, assess current organizational challenges, and develop a profile of the skills and competencies required for interim leadership.
