In late 2010, the League of Women Voters of Ohio (LWVO) partnered with Benefactor Group to identify and place an interim Executive Director. Benefactor Group collaborated with the board to define key functions of the role, assess current organizational challenges, and develop a profile of the skills and competencies required for interim leadership.

To ensure a successful transition, Benefactor Group identified and presented qualified candidates, facilitated discussions on leadership needs, and provided a sample agreement for the interim director assignment. This partnership helped LWVO navigate a critical leadership transition with stability and strategic foresight.
