In 2018, The First Church of Christ, Scientist (TFCCS) partnered with Benefactor Group to ensure that the Raiser’s Edge (RE) implementation project met the organization’s business goals, fell within the approved scope, stayed within the approved budget, and occurred within the scheduled timeline. Benefactor Group provided counsel and recommendations on database conversion mapping, business process development, systems configuration, business intelligence, staff preparedness, vendor management, budget oversight, and general project management. Through this partnership, TFCCS successfully navigated the complexities of system implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to Raiser’s Edge and strengthening its fundraising and operational capabilities.
