Steve Beshuk


Steve has spent his entire career working with and for nonprofits. He began working at national, chapter-based charities the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Junior Achievement, and the American Red Cross. He has front-line experience in every facet of nonprofit management, including direct marketing, membership, special events, planned giving, major gifts, prospect management, and development operations.

For the last 16 years, Steve has held the roles of Director of Professional Services and Vice President at national, nonprofit-focused consulting firms. As a member of the firm leadership teams, Steve worked with leading nonprofits, from major universities to community-based organizations; from national offices to local grassroots agencies. He built and led a team of consultants responsible for helping nonprofit organizations optimize their people, data, and systems to raise more money and better serve their constituents.  Steve’s expertise lies in strategic planning, coaching, project leadership, business intelligence, technology, and data-driven decision making.  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a frequent presenter at conferences.

Steve’s passion is helping nonprofits achieve results, whether it’s improving their systems or building a strategic plan.  He approaches his work with two primary drivers: do excellent work and care about the clients.
