Kaitlyn is a thoughtful strategist and skilled facilitator who brings more than 10 years of nonprofit experience to her clients. As a Senior Consultant, Kaitlyn blends data-driven and human-driven insights to provide her nonprofit partners with a complete picture of their past, present, and future—and guides them as they build a plan to achieve their new vision. Since joining Benefactor Group in 2018, Kaitlyn has collaborated with clients in all the firm’s service lines, giving her a deep understanding of the nonprofit landscape. She now leads the strategic planning service and is the co-creator of Benefactor Group’s strategic planning methodology. Kaitlyn has counseled clients across a variety of sectors, including arts and culture, human services, higher education, and behavioral health.    

Prior to joining Benefactor Group, Kaitlyn served as the program officer of the Ohio Hispanic Coalition, a human services nonprofit, where she managed program strategy, implementation, and compliance. She also engaged with mission-focused businesses through SocialVentures, a hub for social enterprise activity in Central Ohio.   

Kaitlyn is an alumna of Kenyon College and earned her master’s degrees in business administration and public administration from The Ohio State University. She is a proud AmeriCorps VISTA alumna and has been a Meals on Wheels volunteer since 2017.
