Courtney oversees operations for Benefactor Group’s client services—building the systems and processes that enable project teams to best serve our nonprofit partners. During her first six years at the firm, she established Benefactor Group’s project management practices and team. Though her role has evolved, project management remains a passion of hers, and she continues to manage a handful of key client engagements today. 

Prior to joining Benefactor Group, Courtney worked in Underwriting at Nationwide Insurance. Courtney attended The Ohio State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies with minors in Arabic and political science. She is a Certified Associate of Project Management and member of the Project Management Institute.
