Ohio Wildlife Center (OWC) is the state’s largest, donation-supported wildlife center. Through conservation, education, and care, OWC fosters appreciation for native species and teaches Ohioans to live respectfully and compassionately with their wildlife neighbors. The organization engaged Benefactor Group to identify their next executive director, a leader who would expand programming, broaden public awareness, elevate fundraising efforts, and improve the organization’s structures and processes.

Benefactor Group worked closely with the search committee to identify a dynamic leader with the nonprofit management and leadership experience necessary to amplify Ohio Wildlife Center’s presence throughout the state and region. The search process focused on identifying candidates who could effectively drive OWC’s mission forward and strengthen its impact on wildlife conservation and education in Ohio.
