Momentum-Excellence empowers children through dance, music, and performance to develop lifelong habits of self-confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Since 2003, the organization has engaged more than 13,000 children from all backgrounds to experience the unparalleled joy and lifelong benefits of the arts. Following the retirement of the previous leader, the board of directors engaged Benefactor Group to facilitate the search for their next Executive Director.

This engagement included the identification of the job profile, recruitment, and candidate management, as well as careful attention to and updates for staff. Recruitment efforts yielded a large pool of qualified candidates, from which Benefactor Group presented a diverse slate to the search committee. The board of directors approved the hiring of a seasoned nonprofit leader and lifelong lover of the arts. Together, the board of directors and the new Executive Director will chart the course to bring the transformative power of the arts to children.
