Lexington Habitat for Humanity engaged Benefactor Group in a search for its next Chief Executive Officer. An affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, Lexington Habitat for Humanity helps Fayette County residents achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
In 2021, after 15 years with the organization, the CEO retired, and an internal interim CEO was assigned for the duration of the search. Throughout the search, Benefactor Group took great care to provide executive search support while keeping the search committee, board of directors, staff, and community appropriately informed of the process.
Benefactor Group presented a strong slate of candidates from which the board of directors selected a seasoned Habitat for Humanity leader, who will guide Lexington Habitat for Humanity toward its mission of ensuring all in Lexington have a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home.
