House of Hope Presbyterian Church

House of Hope Presbyterian Church, known for its Gothic-inspired architecture and broad offering of community programs, has been a significant presence in St. Paul, Minnesota, since 1855. In 2009, Benefactor Group was engaged to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed $20 million capital campaign.

As part of the engagement, Benefactor Group wrote a compelling case for support, conducted interviews with 65 stakeholders, and facilitated four congregational briefings attended by 41 individuals. Based on the study’s findings, Benefactor Group recommended launching a campaign with a goal of $6 to $8 million.

Benefactor Group then worked extensively with church leaders throughout the campaign process, providing guidance and support. Ultimately, the capital campaign exceeded expectations, raising over $7 million, which demonstrated the community’s strong commitment to the church’s mission and programs.
