Since 1879, Evangelical Homes of Michigan (EHM) Senior Solutions has provided compassionate care and services to older adults in Saline and Detroit, benefiting over 2,000 individuals annually through senior living, healthcare, and support programs. In 2021, the EHM Foundation, responsible for the organization’s fundraising efforts, engaged Benefactor Group to conduct a governance and development assessment and redesign.

Benefactor Group performed a thorough evaluation of the Foundation’s governance and fundraising operations, leading to strategic recommendations for staffing and infrastructure improvements. We also delivered a comprehensive multi-year fundraising plan to enhance the Foundation’s effectiveness. Following this engagement, Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation requested Benefactor Group develop an organizational case for support, serving as a key resource for all development-related communications and efforts.
