Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) plays a vital role in providing large-hospital healthcare services to rural Findlay, Ohio. In response to the growing demand for healthcare in the region, BVHS aimed to enhance its capabilities through plans for expanded cancer research, increased outpatient services, and the construction of a modern hospital addition.
Benefactor Group commenced its partnership with BVHS in 2020 and resumed work in 2023 following the pandemic. We conducted a comprehensive campaign feasibility study, recommending a detailed plan to raise $15 million in funds. Through step-by-step guidance, Benefactor Group helped elevate the organization’s strategies to build and maintain the trust and confidence of its donors.
With these insights and recommendations, BVHS is now poised to prepare for a successful campaign in 2024, furthering its mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to the community.
