Maroon Arts Group dedicates itself to building a community-focused platform that cultivates, promotes, and celebrates Black culture in Central Ohio. Unique programs, including self-created productions and a variety of workshops, generate enthusiasm from the Columbus community. The group sought similar support for a new initiative: acquiring and renovating the historic York Mason’s Building.

In 2022, Benefactor Group conducted a feasibility study analyzing Maroon Arts Group’s capacity to raise $9 million. Following the study, Benefactor Group provided recommendations to ensure the campaign’s success and strengthen the organization’s future. Confident in the prepared strategy, Maroon Arts Group transitioned smoothly into the campaign planning phase.
