Benefactor Group was pleased to assist the Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity (GFHFH) in the search for their next Executive Director. As an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, GFHFH has made a significant impact by helping individuals and families in the City of Fredericksburg and the surrounding community build over 25 homes.

Throughout the search process, Benefactor Group ensured that the search committee, board of directors, staff, and community remained informed and engaged. We provided comprehensive executive search support, which included presenting a strong slate of candidates for consideration.

The board ultimately selected a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Habitat for Humanity initiatives. This new Executive Director is poised to guide GFHFH in its mission to ensure that all residents in Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, and Spotsylvania have access to a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home.
