Columbus Children’s Theatre (CCT) educates and involves young people of all backgrounds in the theatre arts, fostering self-esteem and self-discovery. As the organization sought new leadership to guide its future, Benefactor Group facilitated a national search to identify a new Executive Director.

The search focused on finding a leader with significant nonprofit leadership experience, particularly someone with a strong background in youth-serving organizations known for making a meaningful community impact. The result was the successful hire of an executive well-equipped to advance CCT’s mission, ensuring continued growth and artistic excellence for young performers and audiences alike.
