When the Community Foundation of Delaware County sought to launch its first endowment-building campaign and assess its readiness for a full-time president, it engaged Benefactor Group for guidance. We conducted a feasibility study, designed a development campaign to support both annual fundraising and endowment growth, and led the search for the foundation’s first CEO.

Since then, the foundation has successfully hired a president, launched the Quiet Campaign for operating funds, and attracted more than 70 separate philanthropic funds. Today, it manages $9.2 million in charitable assets, strengthening its ability to serve the community for generations to come.
