Tara Latona is an experienced business professional who ensures that Benefactor Group’s financial, operational, and administrative systems run smoothly. In her role she strives to strengthen the foundation of the firm by supporting the team and creating a lasting impact on the nonprofits being served.   

Tara has over two decades of management experience working within diverse healthcare environments, where she supported performance and organizational growth. Her passion to provide support, empower others, and lead with compassion has made her a valuable administrative professional. Tara values working as part of diverse teams and providing coaching to help others reach their goals. 

Tara earned a B.S. in Business Management from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in health administration from The Ohio State University.
