As Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation wrapped up its comprehensive campaign, it called on Benefactor Group to assist its development office with two specific constituencies: staff members and hospital vendors. We provided financial projections, specific tactics for cultivation and solicitation of these constituencies, donor recognition and benefit strategies, volunteer training, and guidance on the creation of marketing tools, both print and electronic. In addition, we offered strategic coaching for the staff to enhance their effectiveness in engaging with these key groups.
