Emma has served as Benefactor Group’s Chief Hospitality Officer since 2009. Emma was literally born into the nonprofit sector. As a puppy, she participated in the Canine Companions program, where she learned important skills like “sit” “stay,” and—one of her favorites—“visit.” Ultimately, she found her calling with Benefactor Group, ensuring that visitors to our office are greeted warmly. She has been an important advisor in our work with clients such as Pilot Dogs and the Humane Society of Summit County.
