Eileen has 30 years of experience in development and advancement services for higher education, including 20 years in leadership and management roles. She has led large projects related to CRM implementation and customization, business process improvements, IT governance, and campaign reporting. She has also managed a number of functional teams— including IT, analytics and reporting, biographic records, gift processing, fund management, gift agreement services, document management, prospect research, budget and finance, and human resources.
Eileen began her career as an application developer for the central IT department at The Ohio State University; she later moved to development operations to modernize and improve the university’s fundraising systems. Most recently, Eileen served as the Associate Vice President of Advancement Services for Ohio State. During her tenure at the university, Eileen was involved in planning and implementing two comprehensive campaigns.
Eileen’s leadership roles are extensive; they have included roles such as senior Advancement leader; business sponsor for university IT projects; chair of the IT Governance Committee; advisor for the Foundation Audit Committee; and member of the IT Security Council, software vendor higher education advisory board, and a number of campus giving committees.
Eileen is a graduate of The Ohio State University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics Education. She is currently on the board of Healthy Life Stars, a nonprofit focused on educating and motivating children to lead active healthy lives.
